2009: The economic downturn forces everyone to examine their budgets closely.  Coming to the realization that rather than selling their current home and building new, the better option, at this time, is home repair and/or remodeling. 

Seeing this market change, R. H. Milach Construction Services branches out focusing on the home repair and remodeling side of the construction industry. 

Meanwhile Milach Construction continues to offer property sale and custom construction in FIELDSTONE RIDGE, the 29, 1 plus acre home site subdivision in Spring Grove.  Located off of U.S. Rt 12, directly between Spring Grove Estates and Highland Estates.  The meandering streets and gently rolling terrain are anything but ordinary.  Access to U.S. Rte 12 couldn't be quicker yet you don't have that distracting traffic noise.   For detailed directions, click on the FIELDSTONE RIDGE tab to the left.

Home Sites are being sold to both builders and/or individuals wishing to build in a great new subdivision.
